Results: Twelve New Cases of COVID-19

 

 

Twelve (12) new cases of COVID-19 were identified out of 821 tests performed by the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) on Sunday, May 16, and from tests run by other labs between Friday, May 14 to Sunday, May 16. Three (3) cases reported recent travel history and were identified in quarantine. Six (6) cases were identified through contact tracing.

 

 

To date, there have been a total of 8,103 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 139 deaths, 89 cases in active isolation, and 7,875 not in active isolation. The CAR Score is 0.7.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide government-issued identification to validate age. Minor’s birth certificate is acceptable.

Parent/legal guardian must have a government-issued ID. Guardians must also present legal guardianship or power-of-attorney document.
